Update

I KNOW I HAVENT POSTED FOR OVER A MONTH. I have been really busy with school since we started 3rd quarter presentations(a huge annual project). 

I have received around 10 quilts/blankets so please send them in. 

The deadline for the quilts has been postponed to March 1st. If they get sent late I might be able to get them because j probably won't give the quilts for a few days.

Also the quilts can be regular blankets. I got 7 fuzzy blankets this morning.

Hello People

I know it has been a very long time since I posted but I was very busy.

Last weekend I was in Prescott and couldn't post. Over Thanksgiving break I was spending time with my family (I'm partially lying).

A few weeks ago I made posters to put up at multiple fabric stores like Joanne's and SAS and other places.

I don't know if I have already said this but I have already gotten 4 or 5 quilts and blankets. I am hoping to email some people to see if they can quilt my quilt.

The deadline of the project will be at the end of January of the beginning of February and that is only 2 months away. SEND YOUR QUILTS IN SOON.

I really appreciate everything that I get for this project and really hope that it goes well.

QUILT

I finished my quilt!!!!!

Now I have to send the front, back and batting to a quilter. 

Yesterday I talked at temple about my project so hopefully more people will donate. I made some posters and will put them up at multiple different fabric stores.  

I'm really glad that my quilt is done because I am really bad at them and it's really frustrating sometimes.

Quilt Updates

IM ALMOST DONE WITH MY QUILT!!!!!

All I have to do is sew together a big row and add a back. Then somebody is going to quilt it.

SOOOO my bat mitzvah is less than 4 months away. I most likely will have a deadline of sometime around February 15. If you want to make a quilt, make one quickly and send it.

My little sister and Slater are going to make me quilts, and my mom is making me one. Slater has a post on what materials she's using.

LAST WEEKEND I STARTED MY QUILT!!!!!!

I decided on the Irish Chain Block. It will be 45" by 45".

I set up the material and started sewing.

Hello!

I started my quilt today. I cut some of the squares that I will need. I hope to have everything cut this weekend, so I can start sewing next weekend. I decided on an Irish chain design, but my entire quilt will be a 45" Irish chain block.
